The All-American Rejects are an American pop-rock and alternative rock band from Stillwater, Oklahoma, formed in 1999 and led by vocalist/bassist Tyson Ritter with guitarist Nick Wheeler, guitarist Mike Kennerty, and drummer Chris Gaylor. The band became a defining name of 2000s pop-rock with hook-heavy, emotional anthems including “Swing, Swing,” “Dirty Little Secret,” “Move Along,” “It Ends Tonight,” and “Gives You Hell,” while later releases and their 2026 album Sandbox keep the act active for both longtime fans and new listeners.
