April Wine is a Canadian hard-rock band formed in Nova Scotia in 1969 and established in Montreal, where it built a catalog that became a cornerstone of Canadian classic rock. The group pairs guitar-driven rock anthems and melodic power ballads, with signature songs including “Roller,” “I Like to Rock,” “Oowatanite,” “Sign of the Gypsy Queen” and “Just Between You and Me.” April Wine was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2010 and Canada’s Walk of Fame in 2023. The touring lineup continues the band’s legacy with guitarist-vocalist Marc Parent, longtime guitarist-vocalist Brian Greenway, bassist Richard Lanthier and drummer Roy Nichol.
