バーナー・パム・コックテル・ガーデンは、カジノ・パレス内にあり、コロセウムとフォーラム・ショップズの入口の間にある。豪華なガーデンをイメージしたインテリアと、手作りのコックテルメニュー、そして厳選された小皿料理が特徴です。この空間は、レストラン経営者でテレビパーソナリティのリサ・バーナー・パムと彼の夫ケン・トッド、デザイナーのニック・アランがコンセプトを考案しました。空間内には、背の高い木々や、花が咲いているようなシャンデリア、そしてロマンチックで幻想的な雰囲気を演出する絨毯がかけられた表面が設置されています。メニューには、フラワーやアートフルに飾られたコックテルが並び、その中にはサインチャツリーニと呼ばれる特製のコックテルや、ボタニカル・イングリッシュ・ガーデンなどがあります。また、人気の小皿料理として、ゴートチーズボールなども提供されています。土曜日と日曜日のブランチは、さらに早めに訪れる理由になります。
